K Mall Christmas Holiday
Following the success of their first collaboration, Meiro Gallery and K Mall Jakarta reunited for a second sculptural project in celebration of the Christmas and New Year season.
Three specially curated sculptures were installed throughout the mall’s public spaces, transforming the festive atmosphere into a contemporary art experience. Set among holiday lights and seasonal décor, the artworks invited visitors to slow down, reflect, and engage with art in a moment traditionally centered on gathering, joy, and renewal.
This seasonal collaboration highlights how art can become part of shared rituals and collective celebration. By integrating sculpture into the Christmas and New Year program, the project creates a bridge between cultural expression and festive tradition — offering the public not only visual delight, but also a sense of meaning, warmth, and connection as the year comes to a close and a new one begins.
